- 2 cups fresh Spruce Tips
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Water
The Process
- Simmer: Simmer tips in water for 30 mins. The kitchen will smell amazing.
- Strain: Remove tips (compost them).
- Sugar: Add sugar to the tea. Simmer until syrupy.
