Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh Spruce Tips
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water

The Process

  1. Simmer: Simmer tips in water for 30 mins. The kitchen will smell amazing.
  2. Strain: Remove tips (compost them).
  3. Sugar: Add sugar to the tea. Simmer until syrupy.
