Description

Ginger requires a warm, humid tropical climate to produce its knotted, aromatic rhizomes. While its wild origin is uncertain, it has been cultivated for 5000 years. Confucius wrote of eating it with every meal. It is the archetype of a warming circulatory and digestive stimulant.
